Hello ! My name is Jonathan Dave and i am the owner of this (Quit Smoking ) blog. I made and manage this blog personally to show how you can quit smoking efficiently. As you may not know that i had give up my smoking habit for about 2 years now. I m willing to share with you which route i had taken till who i am today. A smoke free person. Another Tit-Bit...

Changing to low-tar cigarettes does not help because smokers usually take deeper puffs and hold the smoke in for longer, dragging the tar deeper into their lungs. In addition, cigarettes and more specifically tobacco smoke are full of chemicals and poisons.

Stupid "breakfast"

Oh dear i woke up feeling dizzy and it seems like a heavy stone is in my nose and throat. Am i sick ?! Am i having a fever ?! Ah its gonna be a bad day after all. Maybe a cup of coffee and a stick of cigarettes will make me feel much better.

Hello guys, that was one of my smoking history. Each and every time i wake up in the morning, i will have a cigarette. I just cant control this habit. my early morning breakfast will be coffee + cigarette = full ! Geez, even if im having a fever or watery nose, it doesn't matter. No matter what happen, i will still carry on like that.

Anyway, i just wanted to share some experience from my smoking life. CIGARETTE in the morning is a bad and stupid thing to do. Do not start your day with these stupidly habit. Why? Its because your body was having rest for about 6~8 hours (sleeping) And sleeping makes you stay away from smoking. That means for about 6~8 hours you were clean. Your heart is trying its very best to pump just enough blood cells throughout your body and brains. You were also breathing perfectly. Maintaining just the right amount of oxygen from head to toe.

Now since everything was running just fine for the past 6~8 hours, suddenly a lightning struck. All those recovery symptoms was pushed away just like that. Certainly you wont feel the pinch at that moment, but your lungs , heart and your body those. Each time when you were in a bus or walking to work, you feel tired and no energy. All that is because you are having a wrong "breakfast" my friend !!

Finally , i suggest that you change your habit. ( for those that practice this stupid habit in the morning) Immediately get down from your bed and make a small exercise or just have a breath-in breath-out session. After cleaning yourself, head over to the kitchen and grab yourself an apple and start bitting to its very last bit. :) Dont forget a glass of milk too. Now try these method. Im surely you will succeed like the way i did to get rid of this stupid "breakfast"

My two cents: An apple a day, keep the doctors away ! :)
