
Instantly Quit Smoking
So this happen to continue till the end of the day. I had tried very hard to avoid places i usually hang out, smelling cigarette smoke, and tried not to think of it. Gosh ! That was really driving me crazy the whole day. The best part is, i didn't light a single cigarette for the first day. Anyway, things start to change on my second day. I was feeling dizzy. My head is heavy and feels like i was 1 percent more to faint all the time. Yes, i was really weak and i don't know why either.
Thing started to get worst as i continue my war against smoking on the third day. I was shocked that even blood flow out of my noes. I was in deep trouble at that time. Don't mention my eating habit yet. I lost my love and appetite towards food even when my mum serves me my favorite dishes. I keep getting watery liquids flowing out of my mouth and eventually makes me vomit. This is what happen to me on the third day of my quest on Quit Smoking !
As the result, even doctors had advice me to avoid quit smoking instantly. Choose to reduce your smoking intake per day and try to eventually quit smoking completely. Not just erase your memory on smoking just like that. Its not a positive way of doing it. I had gone through it so i am telling you.
