Hello ! My name is Jonathan Dave and i am the owner of this (Quit Smoking ) blog. I made and manage this blog personally to show how you can quit smoking efficiently. As you may not know that i had give up my smoking habit for about 2 years now. I m willing to share with you which route i had taken till who i am today. A smoke free person. Join me here and share your experience too.

Another Tit-Bit...

Changing to low-tar cigarettes does not help because smokers usually take deeper puffs and hold the smoke in for longer, dragging the tar deeper into their lungs. In addition, cigarettes and more specifically tobacco smoke are full of chemicals and poisons.

Instantly Quit Smoking

Quit smoking INSTANTLY is not the very best way to place a dot to the end of this habit. Depends on individual, your smoking habit which has started range from 5 to 10 years is ago is not advice able to quit this habit immediately as it will cause your body to eventually ill or more serious shut down. As you guys know that i am an ex-smoker. One day, i tried to quit smoking permanently after smoking for about 8 years. My friends and family had encourage me to give up this habit. So that day approach me. I made up my mind saying that " So this is it, i will get rid of this cigarette today". Well, that morning i woke up a feeling bit odd. It's because i normally wake up with a "stupid breakfast". (Well, for those who haven't read my post on Stupid Breakfast, you can read them HERE.) That was my first day to wake up without having a cigarette. I was feeling more fresh than usual besides my bad breath seems to fade.

So this happen to continue till the end of the day. I had tried very hard to avoid places i usually hang out, smelling cigarette smoke, and tried not to think of it. Gosh ! That was really driving me crazy the whole day. The best part is, i didn't light a single cigarette for the first day. Anyway, things start to change on my second day. I was feeling dizzy. My head is heavy and feels like i was 1 percent more to faint all the time. Yes, i was really weak and i don't know why either.

Thing started to get worst as i continue my war against smoking on the third day. I was shocked that even blood flow out of my noes. I was in deep trouble at that time. Don't mention my eating habit yet. I lost my love and appetite towards food even when my mum serves me my favorite dishes. I keep getting watery liquids flowing out of my mouth and eventually makes me vomit. This is what happen to me on the third day of my quest on Quit Smoking !

As the result, even doctors had advice me to avoid quit smoking instantly. Choose to reduce your smoking intake per day and try to eventually quit smoking completely. Not just erase your memory on smoking just like that. Its not a positive way of doing it. I had gone through it so i am telling you.
